Terms and community rules

These terms are an agreement between you and North Project Agency Limited (“we”), which runs Fllike. By using Fllike you agree to them.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or over to use Fllike.
- Keep your account to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s posted from it.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Community rules
- Only score flights you took. No fake, paid or incentivised reviews, and no scoring on someone else’s behalf.
- Be honest and fair. Describe your own experience. Criticism of an airline is fine; abuse of people is not.
- Be respectful. No hate, harassment, threats, or sexual or violent content.
- Keep people out of your photos. Photograph the seat, the meal, the view, not other passengers or crew. Never post anything private, like someone’s boarding pass.
- No spam or advertising.
Reports and moderation
You can report content other people post in the app, and block people whose content you don’t want to see. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, usually within 24 hours, and we may suspend or close accounts that break them repeatedly. Flights and reviews that can’t be verified don’t count towards public scores.
Your content and our licence
You own the reviews and photos you post. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, show, reproduce, adapt and distribute them in connection with Fllike, including sharing them with partners (licence version fllike-ugc-v1). You can ask us to take down your content at any time, and deleting it in the app or deleting your account ends this licence for future use.
Please only post content you have the right to share.
Flight information
Flight details and live updates come from third-party data and may be late or wrong. Always check with your airline and airport, especially for gates and times. Fllike is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any airline.
Our responsibility
We provide Fllike “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
