Privacy policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
Fllike is an app for scoring flights and keeping a record of where you’ve flown. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, we don’t show ads and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.
Who we are
Fllike is run by North Project Agency Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, which is the data controller for your information. You can reach us through the contact form (choose “Privacy & data”).
What we collect
Your account
- When you sign in with Apple: a unique account ID, and the name and email Apple shares with us (this may be a private relay address if you choose “Hide my email”).
Your profile (public)
- Your name, username, home airport and favourite airlines, if you add them. Other people can see these.
Your flights (private)
- Flight number, date, airline, airports, aircraft, cabin and seat. When you scan a boarding pass, it’s read on your phone and only these flight details are kept.
- Whether the flight was verified, and its punctuality (for example, “landed 10 minutes early”).
Your scores, reviews and photos
- Your ratings and the score they produce. Verified scores count towards public airline scores, which are shown as averages.
- Written reviews and photos you choose to post are public. We remove location data from photos before they’re stored.
Live flight updates
- If you track a flight live or turn on notifications, a notification token for your phone, and a Live Activity token while a flight is being tracked, so we can send you updates. They’re deleted with your account.
Messages you send us
- Your name, email and message when you use the contact form. We keep these for up to 12 months.
We don’t collect your location, contacts, browsing history or advertising identifiers, and we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers in the app.
Why we use it
- To run the app: your account, flights, passport and scores (performing our contract with you).
- To verify flights and keep public scores honest (our legitimate interest in preventing fake reviews).
- To send live flight updates you’ve asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw in iPhone Settings).
- To answer messages you send us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage (EU region).
- Cloudflare: our flight server and this website.
- FlightAware: we send flight numbers and dates to look up and verify flights. No personal information is sent.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, notifications and Live Activities.
- Expo: app updates and notification delivery.
- Instagram (Meta): only when you choose to share to an Instagram Story, and only the image you share.
We never sell your personal information. Photos are licensed to us so we can show them in Fllike and may share them with partners (see our terms). Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and flights until you delete them. Aggregated airline scores (which can’t identify you) may remain after you delete your account.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Passport → Settings → Delete account. For anything else, use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
Fllike is not intended for children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
